I meet the criteria for a clinical supervisor set by CRPO.

Trained in:

Attachment theory, trauma theory, EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol, Narrative Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, CBT, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Art and Play interventions.

In practice, I adopt a neurodiversity-affirming lens to support individuals and families. This means non-pathologizing and being focused on the lived experiences of those I support. I'm grounded in trauma-informed care, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and neurobiologically informed interventions. I draw from feminist frameworks, and lean into self-reflexive practices.

I'm a mom, a wife, and a student. I'm neurodivergent, and I pull from lived-experience knowledge along with the literature.

Structured, group, clinical supervision and consultation is available with Meghan Maynard.  Individual and dyadic supervision is not available at this time.

Supervision with Meghan

Hi, I'm Meghan. I'm glad you are here!  I provide structured group clinical supervision and consultation. I draw on over 20 years of experience in children’s mental health—and a lifetime of experience being human—to cultivate rich, meaningful supervision opportunities.

My approach might be a bit different from traditional, ongoing supervision. Instead, I offer time-limited, closed groups designed around specific topics. Each group becomes a supportive container where professionals can come together, learn deeply, and apply insights directly to their work.

In these semi-structured groups, supervision goes beyond case discussion. Participants engage in:

  • Education – grounding practice in current theory and evidence.

  • Self-reflection – examining personal responses, values, and growth edges.

  • Collaborative discussion – learning through diverse perspectives and shared wisdom.

  • Real-world application – bridging the gap between theory and practice to strengthen confidence in day-to-day work.

  •

I see supervision and consultation as not only a professional requirement, but a chance to find community, deepen clinical skills, and grow as a practitioner.
