Welcome! As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in a client-centred methodology that values self-compassion and trusting the therapeutic process. My philosophy is that every person possesses the intrinsic capability to overcome challenges and thrive. By harnessing the power of the mind-body connection, I utilize an integrative approach that incorporates various therapeutic techniques and mindfulness strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

I have experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs. With four years of experience as a behavioral therapist, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and teens diagnosed with autism, ADHD, OCD, ODD, anxiety, depression, and more. This role allowed me to develop an understanding of the complexities of neurodivergent experiences. I also worked closely with parents and siblings of neurodivergent individuals, having offered family training in both clinical and home settings to foster a supportive and cohesive family environment. Additionally, I have experience as a crisis line responder, where I provided immediate support to individuals in distress. This experience has fueled my passion for supporting frontline workers, trauma survivors, and individuals experiencing suicidal ideations, grief or loss. I hope to help all individuals find resilience and healing through their unique challenges.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa, and I am under the supervision of Meghan Maynard (RP), who has continued to enrich my therapeutic practice.
