Our services are covered by many extended healthcare benefits, non-insured health benefits (NIHB), and Ontario Autism Program (OAP). Please tell us what your insurance needs are, and we will ensure you are matched with an eligible therapist. With the exception of NIHB we do not provide direct billing. You will be issued a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after payment is received. Please let us know if this presents a hardship for you, and we can discuss options.
We do not require you have a referral to access our services. Some insurance companies do require a referral from a physician in order to facilitate reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for clarification.

Often, for our youngest clients, intervention takes place in collaboration and participation with parents and caregivers. That is, we support parents and caregivers in directly supporting their child through therapeutic play, and parent-mediated interventions.
