A somatic-based psychotherapy group for mothers recovering from burnout — restorative time to come back to yourself.
Reclaiming Yourself is a structured, eight-session psychotherapy group for mothers who are running on empty. Burnout isn't a personal failing — it's what happens when you pour out far more than you're able to refill, often for years. This group is dedicated, restorative time to refill.
It's somatic-based, which means we work with the body as well as the mind. Burnout settles into the nervous system, so alongside reflection and connection we use gentle, body-based practices to help your system soften and recover.
You don't need any experience with movement, meditation, or group therapy. Everything is an invitation — you take part in whatever way feels right on the day. A typical session weaves together:
The thread running through all of it is restoration — leaving each week with a little more capacity than you arrived with.
This is a closed group, which keeps it consistent and safe for everyone who joins. Because of that, once the group begins any spots left by a cancellation can’t be filled — so each participant commits to the full group fee: $80 per session across all 8 weeks ($640 total). This group may be covered by your extended health benefits; it’s worth checking whether your plan includes psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.
